Pastor Pam ministers under the power and unction of the Holy Spirit. She is known for her dynamic preaching and teaching of the Word of God. Her character demonstrates a true and faithful woman of God who is deeply committed to building the Kingdom of God.

In 2005 Sister’s Fellowship Ministries was birth with a vision to encourage, support, and mentor women of all ages. SFM provides a unique platform for addressing the spiritual needs and concerns that women face, to creates a supportive environment where women share experiences, challenges, and insights from a faith–based perspective, as woman come together in prayer, praise, and worship.

In 2008, the late Pastor Michael Bristow officially ordained Pastor Pam. In 2014, Bishop Lloyd Duncan installed both Pastor Pam and her husband Pastor Donald Carey Sr as pastors, and through the direction of the Lord they are the Pastors for Christian International Worship Center. She has travel throughout the USA, Europe, Africa, Dominican Republic, and Bermuda preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She has and still is involved with a variety of outreach programs such as, prison ministry at the Edna Mahon Correctional Facility, faith-based residential homes, work with various community projects, NJ Coalition Against Human Trafficking as well as ministering in nursing homes, and helping churches with woman ministry programs just to name a few.

Pastor Pam is a certified Hospice volunteer, has a Business degree from Berkeley College, a Certification in Theology; Ministry from Princeton Seminary, she is a license Realtor Associate, and a Certified Signing Notary. She was chosen as a Wilbur Ray Service Honoree, received the Odyssey International Production Award of Excellence, has received recognition from the NAACP, Sojourner Truth award from the Central Jersey National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club along with many other certifications and awards.

Pastor Pam is the wife of Pastor Donald Carey Sr, mother of four as well as a grandmother. Pastor Pam is available for preaching engagements, she facilitates and conducts retreats, conferences, and workshops.
